高职专业教学指导方案开发的调研与分析建议

摘　　要：专业教学指导方案是指导职业院校深化专业建设和改革的指导性文件,山东省在全国率先启动了教学指导方案开发工作,调研是制定方案的基础。为掌握企业的实际人才需求情况,并查找当前机电一体化技术专业人才培养中存在的不足,对行业企业、中高职院校和毕业生进行了调研,为构建适应学生终身发展和企业岗位实际需要的人才培养模式,并构建科学的课程体系奠定良好的基础。Professional teaching plan is to guide the construction of vocational colleges to deepen specialty construction and reform＇s guidance document, Shandong province first started teaching guidance development work in the country, and research is the foundation of developing guidance. In order to grasp the actual talent demand situation of the enterprise, and find the defects of the current personnel training of mechatronics technology major, industry enterprises, higher vocational colleges and graduates were researched, which lays a good foundation not only for constructing the talent training mode which adapts to the students＇ lifelong development and the actual needs of the enterprise position, but also for constructing the scientific curriculum system.
