摘  要:烟叶烘烤过程中需热特性的准确计算分析是设计热泵式烟叶烤房的基本条件。以热泵加热式烟叶烤房为研究基础,通过对烟叶烘烤过程中传热传质过程进行计算分析,得出烟叶烘烤过程中热负荷随烘烤时间的变化曲线。进而采用焓差法对热泵加热装置的制热量进行了试验测试,得出了烟叶烘烤过程中热泵加热装置制热量随烘烤时间的变化曲线。经对比分析,实际制热量曲线和理论热负荷曲线有很好的一致性,验证了该分析方法的准确性,对热泵加热式烟叶烤房的设计具有一定参考意义。Accurate calculation and analysis heat demand characteristics is the basic conditions for designing the heat pump tobacco curing barn. Research on the heat pump tobacco curing barn,calculation and analysis of heat and mass transfer in the tobacco baking process,heat demand with the baking time in the process of tobacco baking were obtained. We measured the heat capacity of heat pump by enthalpy potential method,the heat capacity of heat pump with the baking time in the process of tobacco baking were obtained. The analysis indicatesd that the test results well agree with the theoretical computation results.Test results have demonstrated the accuracy of the proposed method. The proposed method was significative in the design of the heat pump tobacco curing barn.
