高校贫困生认定工作的现实困境及优化对策

摘　　要：高校贫困生认定中存在诸如对贫困学生家庭走访难度大,鉴定失真;班级民主评议难度大,受人为因素较多,缺乏真实性;贫困生后期动态掌握不够健全等一系列问题。文章对此提出了相应的优化对策,即:加强政策引导、建立地方民政部门问责制度、学校制定完整的认定体系和量化标准、加强对学生的感恩教育和人文关怀、加强后期动态调查。There are many difficulties in identifying the college students with financial difficulties,for example it is difficult to interview the family. It is difficult to carry out democratic evaluation in class for there are many subjective factors that may affect the authenticity. It is also difficult to know the later change. Suggestions,such as to strengthen policy guidance,to establish local Civil Affaires Department accountability system,to complete recognition system and quantitative standard,to improve gratitude education and humanistic care,and to strengthen dynamic survey.
