摘  要:如何培养适应社会需求的创新型复合人才是高职教育的重要研究课题。课程是人才培养的载体,创新型人才培养依赖课程的改革与创新,即在课程的构建和实施中紧跟行业和时代步伐,设计和实施符合专业特色和学生特点的翻转课堂教学模式。在课程设计中,组织和实施岗位调研,以岗位为基础确定课程基本目标和内容,按照岗位知识和能力要求进行教学单元设计。在实施中,充分发挥学生的积极性和创造性,让学生参与课程组织与教学实践;构建线上线下混合教学平台,突出课堂的实践性和网络的灵活性。在考核中,制定和实施"成人、成长、成才"三元评价考核机制,对不同学生实施多种形式的量化考核标准和差异性评价。Cultivation of innovative compound talents is one of the hrg0ortant study projects/n high professional education. Course is the carrier of talent cultivation, and the training of talents depends on the course' reform and innovation, so to keep up with the pace of industry and age, Flipped Classroom Teaching Model which is in accordance with major characteristics and students situation must be built In the course design, teachers should organize and carry out the job searching and the assure the course object and cantent, then design each unit in accordance with the job requirement of knowledge and skill. In the course implement, students must participate in every process of teaching and their enthusiasm and creativity must be motivated ; mixed studying plat form containing classroom and internet will be built, to take the advantage of practical effect in the classroom and flexibility learning online. In the course assessment, three-dimensional evaluation systern is adopted, which incudes "grown up, making progress, and talents", to carry out different assessmaent standards and content according to students' different learning condition and professional aim.
