摘　　要：患者,女,60岁。鼻部起皮损伴溃疡5年。皮肤科情况:鼻尖、鼻翼部可见1.7 cm×1.5 cm斑块,鼻孔近鼻尖已部分缺失。组织病理提示基底细胞癌。治疗:采用耳郭复合游离组织移植修复鼻部缺损。术后外观满意,功能无影响。A 60 years old female patient presented with skin lesions and ulceration in nose for 5 years. Dermatology examination： a plaque with the size of 1.7 cm × 1.5 cm located on the nasal tip and dilator naris, and the nasal hole near the nasal tip was partially missing. Histopathology of the tissue biopsy suggested basal cell carcinoma. Treatment： after surgical resection of the tumor, auricular composite free tissue transplantation was performed to repair the nasal defect. The appearance was satisfactory after operation and the function was not affected.
