面部色素性扁平苔藓一例

摘　　要：58岁老年男性患者,面部蓝紫色斑疹1年、加重6个月,偶有瘙痒。皮肤科情况:额头、双侧面颊部可见散在蓝紫色斑片。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,基底细胞液化变性,真皮浅层淋巴样细胞呈带状浸润,可见噬黑素细胞。诊断:色素性扁平苔藓。A 58-year-old man presented with blue-violet macules on the face without subjective symptoms for one year except for occasional itching, and the disease aggravated for half year. The lesions were distributed mainly on the forehead and bilateral cheeks. Histopathology of the skin biopsy showed orthokeratosis, hydropic degeneration of basal layer with band-like lymphocyte infiltration and a few melanophages in the demis. Diagnosis： lichen planus pigmentosus.
