摘 要:以宁波某工业建筑钢筋混凝土结构为原型,对楼面加固、TMD(调谐质量阻尼器)结构、隔振平台这三种不同的减振措施进行了有限元分析.从减振性能与室内舒适度两个指标分析了三种减振措施的优缺点.从有限元模拟结果得出以下结论:1)结构加固措施可以减小机器振动引起的振动响应,增加次梁的加固措施优于增加楼板厚度的加固措施,但是两者减振幅度均不太理想,且对改善室内舒适度并没有效果,甚至有些加固措施会降低室内舒适度;2)TMD结构对振动控制与改善室内舒适度都有很显著的效果,且当本文模型质量比为3%、频率比为1时,控制效果最佳,但是TMD的控制频带较窄,需要设置多个不同频率的TMD来拓宽其控制频带;3)采用隔振平台应对机器上楼有较好的减振效果,且设备振动频率与隔振平台的频率比越大,隔振效果越明显.Based on the reinforced concrete structure of an industrial building in Ningbo,three kinds of vibration reduction measures,namely floor reinforcement,TMD(Tuned Mass Damper)and vibration isolation platform,are analyzed in this paper by finite element method.Advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of vibration reduction measures are analyzed from the two indexes of damping performance and indoor comfort.It is shown from the finite element simulation that,structural reinforcement measures can reduce the response caused by machine vibration.Adding secondary beams is more efficient than increasing slab thickness,but the amplitude of reduction is not obvious,and the indoor comfort is not improved.The TMD structure has a significant effect on the vibration control and the improvement of indoor comfort.The control effect turns to be the best when the mass ratio is 3% and the frequency ratio is about 1.However,the frequency band of TMD is narrow,so it is necessary to set up a number of different frequencies of TMD to broaden its control band.The vibration isolation platform has a good vibration damping effect on the machine.The greater the frequency ratio is,the more obvious the effect of vibration isolation will be.
