摘 要:基于社会交换理论,构建了情感型领导、员工创造力、心理安全感和传统性之间的理论模型;采用层次回归分析法对模型进行了验证。结果表明:情感型领导对员工创造力具有显著正向影响;心理安全感在情感型领导与员工创造力关系之间起部分中介作用;传统性正向调节情感型领导对员工创造力的作用。揭示了情感型领导对员工创造力的内在影响机制,为企业提升员工创造力提供了理论依据。Based on social exchange theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of affective leadership,employee creativity,psychological safety and traditionality. The model is verified by the method of hierarchical regression analysis. Results show that affective leadership has a significantly positive influence on employees' creativity. Psychological safety can serve as a mediator between affective leadership and employees' creativity. Traditionality positively regulates the influence of affective leadership on employees' creativity. Finally,it reveals out the inner influence mechanism of emotional leadership on employees' creativity,which provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to enhance employees' creativity
