基于SEM的高校本科人才培养质量影响因素研究

摘　　要：高等教育肩负着培养高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才的重要使命,提升本科人才培养质量是高等教育的核心任务,探索其影响因素具有重要意义。通过对以往的研究理论进行综述,从学生主体、高校管理、社会环境、家庭因素四个维度出发构建本科人才培养质量影响因素的概念模型。以黑龙江省六所高校本科生为研究对象,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对模型进行实证分析,对各影响因素进行深入分析和探讨,并根据实证分析结果,从创新人才培养模式、加强本科教学管理以及重视社会和家庭的作用三方面提出建议。University education for cultivating high-quality talents decides the important mission of top creative talents,and improves the quality of undergraduate talent training as the core mission of higher education.To explore its influencing factors is of great significance.To review previous research theories from the students＇ subject,university management,the social environment,and family factors as four dimensions,this paper builds a conceptual model of undergraduate talent training quality influence factors.In six universities undergraduate students in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper uses the structural equation model（SEM）to carry on the empirical analysis of the model,the various factors influencing the in-depth analysis and discussion.According to the results of empirical analysis from the innovative talent training mode,it strengthens the management of undergraduate course teaching,and proposes three aspects from social and family roles.
