我国省级中医药数据中心发展的思考

摘　　要：我国省级中医药数据中心的建设与发展,作为国家级中医药信息化战略布局,已列入《中医药信息化发展"十三五"规划》。各省级中医药数据中心的构建是提升中医药信息化整体水平、提高中医药信息化服务能力的必要保障。本文结合我国中医药信息化发展实际情况,在国家信息化发展战略的基础上着重从省级中医药数据中心在全民健康保障信息化工程中医药部分的实施作用和中医药信息统计体系建设、中医药大数据管理和服务、中医药政务信息化、中医药信息化人才培养、中医药信息标准、基层信息化服务能力提升、中医药信息安全等7个方面对省级中医药数据中心的发展前景做出了展望和阐述。The provincial data center of TCM is a national strategic layout of TCM informatization which has been listed in＂China.s 13 th Five-Year Plan for TCM Informatization＂. It is the necessary guarantee to improve the level of TCM informatization and to improve the service ability of TCM informatization. According to the actual situation of TCM informatization development and the National informatization development strategy, this paper focuses on the provincial data center of TCM in the informatization project of national health insurance in area of traditional Chinese medicine and makes a prospect of the development of provincial data center of TCM from seven different aspects.
