摘　　要：肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)是一种肠道功能紊乱的疾病,目前缺乏可靠的形态学改变及生化指标的异常。近年来,肠道菌群及其代谢产物在IBS发生发展中的作用受到广泛关注。针灸治疗IBS具有一定的优势,但其起效机制尚不明确。本文就肠道菌群及其代谢产物与IBS的关系进行概述,并从肠道菌群及其代谢产物调节的角度探讨针灸干预IBS的研究思路。Irritable Bowel Syndrome（IBS） is a disorder of the intestinal function that currently lacks reliable morphological changes and abnormal biochemical markers. In recent years, the role of intestinal flora and its metabolites in the development of IBS has received widespread attention. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of IBS has some advantages,but its mechanism of action still remains enigmatic. In this paper, we aim to summarize the relationship between intestinal flora with its metabolites and IBS, and explore the research ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention IBS from the angle of intestinal flora and its metabolites regulation.
