摘　　要：随着影像学技术的发展,Lemmel综合征在临床中不再罕见,但目前临床医师对其认识或重视不足,亟待规范地开展诊疗。本文厘清了Lemmel综合征定义的内涵,介绍了常用的影像学诊断方法和选用原则,同时详细总结了鉴别诊断要点和个体化治疗原则。Lemmel syndrome is virtually n olonger arare disease partially contributed to thedevelopment of imaging technology,but it is currently underappreciated or underestimated in our clinical practice. There is an urgent need for improved standardized diagnosis and treatment. This review clarifies the connotation of the definition of Lemmel syndrome,introduces common imaging diagnostic methods and selection principles,and detailedly summarizes the core points of differential diagnosis and principles ofindividualized treatment.
