加味小承气汤联合导管治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味小承气汤联合导管治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床效果。方法:选取腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者92例,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组予以肠梗阻导管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味小承气汤治疗,两组患者均连续治疗5 d,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.48%(43/46),明显高于对照组的71.74%(33/46),差异有统计学意义(x2=21.846,P<0.05);观察组患者肠鸣音消失时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味小承气汤联合导管治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床效果优于单纯导管治疗的效果。Objective： To explore clinical effects of Jiawei Xiaochengqi decoction combined with catheter in treatment of patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operations. Methods： 92 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operations were selected and divided into observation group（ n = 46） and control group（ n = 46） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with intestinal obstruction catheter,while the observation group was given the Jiawei Xiaochengqi decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The two groups were treated continuously for 5 days,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%（ 43/46）,which was significantly higher than 71.74%（ 33/46） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ x^2=21.846,P〈0.05）. The bowel sounds disappearance time,first defecation time,and first exhaust time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Jiawei Xiaochengqi decoction combined with catheter in the treatment of the patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operations is superior to single catheter treatment.
