摘  要:目的:探讨纯钛全冠和全瓷冠修复体对基牙龈沟液量及其中MMP-2和MMP-9量水平的影响。方法:选择单冠固定修复患牙56例,纯钛烤瓷全冠组和全瓷冠组各28例。在修复前、修复后3、6、12个月分别进行龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)量及其中基质金属蛋白酶-2和-9(matrix metalloproteinase-2 and-9,MMP-2 and-9)含量测定。结果:修复前两组的GCF量以及MMP-2和MMP-9量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后,纯钛烤瓷冠修复基牙的GCF量及MMP-2和MMP-9量均随时间显著增加(P<0.05)。全瓷冠组基牙修复后GCF量及其中的MMP-2和MMP-9量的变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比纯钛烤瓷全冠修复,全瓷冠修复对基牙牙周组织的影响更小。Objective: To investigate the effects of Ti-PFM and all ceramic crowns on the amounts of gingival crevicular fluid( GCF) and the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and-9( MMP-2 and-9) in GCF. Methods: The anterior teeth or premolars of 56 patients were randomly assigned into two groups for crown restoration,that were Ti-PFM and all ceramic crowns each with 28 cases. Before restoration and 3,6,12 months after crown restoration,GCF from each tooth were collected and weighted. The levels of MMP-2 and-9 in GCF were measured by ELISA method. Results: No difference of GCF and MMP-2 and-9 was found between two groups before crown restoration( P〈0. 05). After restoration,GCF and MMP-2 and-9 from Ti-PFM group increased with time( P〈0. 05),while no significant difference of GCF and MMP-2 and-9 was found in the all ceramic crown group before and after restoration( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Compared to Ti-PFM,all ceramic crowns have lower side effect on the periodontal tissue health.
