摘 要:基于6106铝合金汽车某吸能部件经T7时效后硬度严重偏低的情况,对其进行了理化分析、生产情况调查及后续验证试验,确认其时效后硬度过低的原因是由于时效炉设备故障,实际时效温度失控,致使此吸能部件进行了退火,最终导致时效后硬度过低。故型材在时效过程中,应严格监控时效设备运转情况,谨防时效温度偏差过大导致产品失效。Based on the fact that the hardness of a certain energy-absorbing component of 6106 aluminum alloy in automobile was seriously low after T7 aging,physical and chemical analysis,production investigation and follow-up verification tests were conducted to confirm the reason of low hardness during aging,due to the equipment failure of aging furnace and out of controlling the actual aging temperature,which resulting in the energy-absorbing parts were annealed and ultimately lead to low hardness after aging. Therefore,the working of the aging equipment should be strictly monitored and beware of aging temperature deviation was too large to lead to product failure for the profiles in the aging process.
