摘 要:本文主要论述汽车发动机非调质曲轴用钢的发展趋势。作者从第一代非调质曲轴用钢的诞生到现在正在广泛使用的第三代非调质曲轴用钢进行了长时间的关注和研究,并在二十几年的开发应用中积累了丰富的经验。文章从三代非调质曲轴用钢的化学成份、机械性能和锻造、加工性能上的不同特点,分析了它们演变、发展过程,推断第三代非调质曲轴用钢的出现是高性能汽车发动机发展的需要。The development trend on the non quenched and tempered steel for crankshaft in automotive engines is mainly discussed in this paper. The authors study and focus on the non quenched and tempered steel for crankshaft for long time from the birth of the first generation to the third generation that is now being widely used,and has accumulated rich experience in its development and application in 20 years. The evolution and development process of the third generation non quenched and tempered steel for crankshaft are analyzed from the different characteristics of its chemical composition,mechanical properties,forging and processing properties. It is inferred that the appearance of the third generation non quenched and tempered steel for crankshaft is the need for the development of high performance automotive engines.
