摘　　要：本文按照SCORM标准设计开发移动教学平台,并引入学习对象概念,实现课程的共享与再用.该平台在开发过程中前台UI采用Metronic,后台框架采用Spring MVC,实现了上传课件、播放课件、在线学习、记录笔记、时间轨迹等功能.同时平台构建智能助手模型,将其应用于用户学习过程中,以辅助用户个性化学习资源的匹配与监督.Mobile teaching platform based on the SCORM standard is designed in this paper, and it introduces the concept of learning object to realize the sharing and reuse of courses. In the development process, Metronic is adopted to design UI, and Spring MVC is adopted to design the back-end framework. Functions such as uploading courseware, playing courseware, online learning, recording notes, and time tracking are realized in this system. In addition, intelligent assistant model is applied to the learning process to assist learners in the matching and supervision of personalized learning resources. Therefore, the personalized learning platform of security and stability is realized in this system.
