大数据时代高校学生管理工作的创新思考

摘　　要：面对崭新的大数据时代,高校学生管理工作必须树立大数据意识,从顶层设计入手,借助大数据的理念和技术,使学生管理工作模式由被动补缺转向主动干预、由整体规范转向个体服务、由粗放要求转向精细指导、由静态事由转向动态跟踪、由部门离散转向协同合力。The advent of big data era calls for change in college student management.Starting from top-level design,colleges and universities must consciously utilize the big data technology to transform their mode of student management from passive remedy to active intervention,from standardized service to individualized service,from extensive requirement to intensive guidance,from static management of student affairs to dynamic tracking of students＇ development and from dispersed efforts to concerted action.
