摘 要:目的研究含纳米氧化镁(nano-MgO)的抗菌性复合树脂的磨耗性能,为研制新型抗菌性复合树脂以及探讨其临床应用提供理论依据。方法制备含不同质量分数nano-MgO抗菌剂的复合树脂,分为不含nanoMgO的A组和分别含质量分数为0.01、0.02、0.04、0.08的nano-MgO的B、C、D、E组。以临床常用的两种商品化复合树脂charisma和AP-X^(TM)作为阳性对照组,分别为F组和G组。将7种树脂分别制成直径10 mm、高6 mm的圆柱体耐磨耗试样,在DMW-1磨耗试验机上分别磨耗100、200、400和800次时,称质量计算试样体积损失量,并测定试样高度损失量。磨耗实验结束后,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样磨损面微观形貌。结果实验树脂的磨耗量随磨耗次数的增加而增加。A组体积损失量方面与C、D、E、F、G组比较差异有显著性(F=12.424,P<0.05),其他各组间比较差异均无显著性。A组高度损失量与C、D、E、F、G组比较差异有显著性(F=17.875,P<0.05),其他各组间比较差异无显著性。各组树脂体积损失量和高度损失量呈显著正相关(r=0.957~0.999,P<0.05)。结论含质量分数为0.04nano-MgO的复合树脂具有较好的耐磨性,可以满足临床需求。Objective To investigate the wear properties of antibacterial composite resin containingnano-MgO, and to provide a theoretical basis for the development and clinical application of new antibacterial composite resin. Methods Composite resins containing different mass fractionsof nano-MgO antibacterial agent were prepared and divided into groups A, B, C, D, and E with a mass fractionof nano-MgO of 0, 0.01,0.02,0.04, and 0.08. Two commercially available composite resins, charisma and AP-X TM , were used as positive controlsand were selected as groups F and G, respectively.These 7 typesof resin were used to prepare cylindrical wear-resistant specimens with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 6 mm. After the specimens wereworn on the DMW-1 abrasion tester for 100, 200,400, or 800 times, their mass was weighed to calculate volume loss, and height loss was also measured. After the abrasion test ended, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microstructureof the worn surface. Results The abrasion loss of the resins increased with the increase inthe number of abrasion. There was a significant difference in volume loss between group A and groups C/D/E/F/G( F =12.424, P 〈0.05), and there was also no significant difference between the other groups. There was a significant difference in height loss between group A and groups C/D/E/F/G( F = 17.875 , P 〈0.05), and there was also no significant difference between the other groups.Volume loss was significantly positively correlated with height loss in all groups ( r =0.957-0.999, P 〈0.05).Conclusion The composite resin with a mass fraction of nano-MgO of 0.04 has good wear resistance and can meet clinical needs.
