摘　　要：阐述IC卡智能燃气表运行系统,指出该系统离线数据有效性验证对燃气事业健康发展的必要性。提出一种IC卡智能燃气表运行系统离线数据有效性验证技术(IC卡与售气管理系统之间离线数据有效性验证技术、IC卡与IC卡智能燃气表之间离线数据有效性验证技术),给出IC卡与售气管理系统之间及IC卡与IC卡智能燃气表之间离线数据有效性验证流程。The IC card smart gas meter operation system is elaborated,the necessity of verifying the offline data validity of the IC card smart gas meter operation system for the healthy development of gas utilities is pointed out. An offline data validity verification technology for IC card smart gas meter operation system （offline data validity verification technology between IC card and gas sale management system,offline data validity verification technology between IC card and IC card smart gas meter） is proposed. The technological process of offline data validity verification between IC card and gas sale management system and between IC card and IC card smart gas meter is presented.
