摘　　要：在分析了回流焊炉温度控制系统性能需求的基础上,提出了一套基于Lab VIEW的回流焊炉温度控制系统设计方案,简要论述了温度控制系统的硬件构成和选取原则,介绍了回流焊炉温度控制系统的软件实现。实践应用表明:所设计的回流焊炉温度控制系统不仅能够高效地实现回焊炉温度控制,而且具有自动化程度高和操作简单等优点。A design scheme of the reflow welding furnace temperature control system based on Lab VIEW is proposed,and the hardware structure and selection principle of the temperature control system are briefly discussed.The software realization of temperature control system for reflow welding furnace is introduced.The practical application shows that the temperature control system of the reflux welding furnace designed in this paper can not only effectively realizes the temperature control of the reflux welding furnace,but also has the advantages of high degree of automation and simple operation.
