摘　　要：基于华南农业大学的生物信息学课程教学改革实践,从教材编选、教学内容优化、教学模式改革等方面进行了探索,取得了良好效果,并提出一些思考,以期为生物类专业的生物信息学课程教学提供参考。Based on the teaching reform practice of bioinformatics course in South China Agricultural University,the selection of teaching material,optimization of teaching content,reform of teaching model were explored, and good effect was achieved. Finally,some thoguhts were proposed,so to provide reference for the teaching of bioinformatics course in biology specialty.
