BRCA1mRNA与MicroRNA-146a在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的比较miRNA-146a、BRCA1mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达水平差异及二者相关性。方法采用实时RT-PCR方法检测30例非小细胞肺癌的癌组织及癌旁组织标本中miRNA-146a、BRCA1mRNA的表达水平,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果 miRNA-146a和BRCA1mRNA在癌组织和癌旁组织相对表达量分别为:(42.67±34.29 vs14.67±9.54,P<0.05)、(7.79±5.11 vs 10.13±6.53,P<0.05);miRNA-146a和BRCA1mRNA呈负相关(P<0.05);二者与患者性别、年龄、分期、病理类型、复发情况之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BRCA1mRNA与MicroRNA146a有望成为NSCLC诊疗及预后判断个体化指标,二者之间可能存在相互调控关系。Objective To compare the differences in the expression levels of miRNA-146 a and BRCA1 mRNA between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissues,and study the correlation of these biomarkers. Methods To detect expression levels of miRNA-146 a and BRCA1 mRNA in 30 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissues with real time RT-PCR,and analyze the correlation between them. Results The expression levels of miRNA-146 a and BRCA1 mRNA in adjacent tissues and cancer tissues（ 42. 67 ± 34. 29 vs14. 67 ± 9. 54,P〈0. 05）,（ 7. 79 ± 5. 11 vs 10. 13 ± 6. 53,P〈0. 05）. It was negative correlation between miRNA-146 a and BRCA1 mRNA（ P〈0. 05）. In addition,there were no statistical significantly differences with gender,age,stage,pathologic type and Recurrence（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion MiRNA-146 a and BRCA1 mRNA could be used as individuational biomarkers of NSCLC,and they may be regulated mutually.
