浅议《医碥》对中医内科急诊重症学科的论述和贡献

摘　　要：《医碥》为清代医家何梦瑶所著,其中不乏一些内科急诊重症的记载。何梦瑶在《医碥》中阐释了很多急诊重症的病名,如"关格""中风""痉症"等病名,何梦瑶在《医碥》中很重视急诊重症疾病的鉴别诊断,还客观翔实的描述了很多急诊重症的临床特点,并且梳析了急诊重症的病因病机,总结了急诊重症的治则治法,这些均为后世医家救治内科急诊重症疾病提供了参考资料。Yi Bian was written by He Mengyao in the Qing Dynasty,some of which are about severe medical emergency records. He Mengyao explains the names of many emergency severe disease in Yi Bian,such as Guan Ge,stroke,spasmodic and other diseases. He Mengyao attaches great importance to differential diagnosis of emergency severe disease in Yi Bian. He also objectively describes the clinical characteristics of many emergency cases,analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of emergency severe diseases,and summarizes the principles and methods of emergency treatment,which provides reference data for later physicians to treat the emergency severe diseases of internal medicine.
