院校合作模式培养标准化病人的研究

摘　　要：标准化病人有益于护生的技能训练。因对标准化病人(SP)认识的人少,招募困难,某中医药高专学校选择培养学生标准化病人(SSP),同时为了SSP的表演来源于临床,学校采用与某医院合作培养SP病人的模式进行研究。通过一年的研究,结果显示:降低实施成本,时间匹配度高,成效明显。Standardized patients are beneficial to the skills training of nursing students. Because of the few people who know the standardized patient（SP） and the difficulty of recruiting, some colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine choose to cultivate the standardized patients（SSP）. At the same time, for the sake of SSP＇s performance from the clinical, the school adopts the model of the cooperation with a hospital to cultivate the SP patients. Through one year＇s research, the results show that the implementation cost is reduced, the time matching is high, and the effect is obvious.
