摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者对疾病的态度与血糖控制水平的相关性,并进行伦理学分析。方法方便抽样选取笔者所在医院125例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用中文版糖尿病态度量表进行问卷调查,同时测量糖化血红蛋白值,分析患者态度量表得分与糖化血红蛋白值的关系。结果患者糖化血红蛋白值为(8.68±2.61)%,态度量表得分为(98.25±20.16)分,态度量表总分及糖尿病的严重性、严格控制血糖的意义两个维度得分与糖化血红蛋白值呈显著负相关(r=-0.188、-0.175、-0.192,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者疾病态度处于中低水平,积极的态度能帮助患者有效地控制血糖水平,医护人员应帮助患者正确认识疾病,树立积极的应对态度。Objective：To explore the correlation between disease attitude and blood glucose control level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and conduct ethical analysis. Methods： 125 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected using convenience sampling method as the subjects. The Chinese version of diabetes attitude scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. Meanwhile,glycosylated hemoglobin value was measured,and the relationship between the score of attitude scale and glycosylated hemoglobin value was analyzed. Results：The value of glycosylated hemoglobin was（8. 68 ± 2. 61） %,and the score of attitude scale was（98. 25 ± 20. 16）. The total score of attitude scale,and the two dimension scores of the severity of diabetes and the significance of strict control of blood glucose were significantly negatively correlated with the value of glycated hemoglobin（r =-0. 188,-0. 175,-0. 192,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The attitude of patients with type 2 diabetes is at the middle and low level. The positive attitude can help patients to control the blood glucose level effectively,and medical staff should help patients to understand the disease correctly and establish positive coping attitude.
