摘　　要：远程医疗技术的进步,使得患者的就医过程更加方便,与此同时,也出现了很多患者隐私信息被暴露的伦理学问题。通过查阅相关文献,分析了远程医疗中患者隐私权面临的新挑战、远程医疗中患者隐私权的特征,并从完善保护患者隐私的立法,加强远程医疗中患者对隐私权访问的控制权,平衡患者隐私权与其他合法权利等多个角度提出了保护患者隐私的措施。The progress of telemedicine technology makes the patient s medical treatment process more convenient.At the same time, there are also many ethical problems of the exposure of patients privacy information. Through consulting relevant literature, this paper analyzed the new challenges faced by patients privacy right in telemedicine, and the characteristics of patients privacy right in telemedicine,and put forward measures to protect the patient s privacy from many angles such as perfecting the legislation of patient privacy protection, strengthening the control of patients access to privacy in telemedicine and balancing patients privacy right and other legal rights.
