产业转型背景下的学生职业核心素质培养研究

摘　　要：随着产业结构转型升级,各企业行业对职业院校人才培养提出了新要求,职业教育要与区域经济状况发展相协调才能为劳动力市场提供满意的人才,培养并提升学生的职业核心素质显得尤为重要。产业转型发展中对人才呈现井喷式的需求态势,但职业院校培养的人才却难以及时融入产业,使产业转型中人才供求出现了新的矛盾态势。多方面因素造成职业院校对学生职业核心素质培养的缺失。在产业转型升级调整的背景下学生职业核心素质的培养,应从教育行政机关支持为先导和校企合作共育为主线开展培养工作,切实提高学生的职业核心素质。With the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, various enterprises have set new requirements for personnel training in vocational schools and colleges. Vocational education should coordinate with the development of regional economy in order to provide satisfactory talents for the labor market and it is particularly important to cultivate and improve students＇ core vocational quality. The demand for talents is increasing dramatically in the process of industrial transformation and development. However, the talents trained by vocational colleges are difficult to integrate into the industry in time so that the supply and demand of talents in the industrial transformation are confronting new contradiction. Many factors contribute to students＇ low core vocational quality in vocational colleges. To change this situation, the guide and support from related administrative section, and the cooperation of schools and enterprise raise the students＇ core vocational quality effectively.
