摘　　要：嗜铬细胞瘤是引起继发性高血压的疾病之一,近年来因其突发的致死性高血压危象的临床特点,已引起临床医生的极大重视。然而嗜铬细胞瘤常常会被一些非典型的首发临床症状所掩盖,以致误诊、漏诊,延误治疗,失去最佳治疗时机,造成心、脑、肾等靶器官的严重损害,严重危及患者生命。因此对嗜铬细胞瘤的一些特殊临床表现的准确识别显得尤为重要。该文将近年来临床中发现的一些非典型的症状做一介绍,以加深对本病的认识,提高临床诊断的准确率。Pheochromocytoma is one of the diseases that cause secondary hypertension.In recent years the clinical features leading to the sudden fatal hypertensive crisis,has aroused great attention among the clinicians.However,due to losing the best opportunities for treatment,the misdiagnosis due to the atypical clinical manifestations induced by catecholamineproducing neuroendocrine tumors can lead to life-threatening complications,such as the heart failure,renal failure,cerebrovascular events and so on.Therefore,it is quite important for clinicians to identify pheochromocytoma from other diseases with similar signs and symptoms.In order to deepen the understanding of disease and further improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,here is to make a review of the rare special presentations of pheochromocytoma.
