摘  要:基于地方本科高校的实践教学特点,借鉴源于德国职业教育中的"双元制"培养模式,提出从学校元和企业元入手,探索构建"目标体系、内容体系、保障体系、评价体系"四大实践教学体系模块,形成以学校和企业为双主体,让学生分别以学生身份和以员工身份接受学校和企业的"双元混合制"实践教学创新模式。Based on the characteristics of the practical training in local universities,using the training mode adopted by German vocational education for reference,this paper proposes to start from the parts of the university and the enterprise and try to establish the four modules of practical training system,namely the "objective system",the"content system",the"guarantee system"and the"evaluation system"so as to form an innovative"Mixed Dual System"practical training mode in which university and enterprise are the dual subjects and students receive the training from university and enterprise as both students and employees.
