摘 要:目的探讨抚触配合赏识教育对门诊输液患儿穿刺疼痛、穿刺依从性的影响。方法将2017年3月~2018年3月期间我院门诊收治的80例需要进行静脉输液的患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施抚触配合赏识教育。观察并比较两组穿刺疼痛程度、穿刺依从性。结果观察组面部表情、腿部活动、体位、哭闹、可安慰性5方面疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组穿刺依从性明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在门诊患儿输液过程中应用抚触配合赏识教育能明显降低穿刺疼痛度,提高穿刺依从性,应用效果显著,值得在门诊输液治疗中推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of touching and appreciation education on puncture pain and puncturing compliance of outpatient infusion children. Methods To observed and compared the status of puncture pain level and puncturing compliance, 80 cases of children who required intravenous infusion treated in our outpatient department from March 2017 to March 2018 were included, and were equally divided into control group and study group by means of random number table method. The control group adopted the routine care, while the study group adopted the touching and appreciation education on this basis. Results The scores of pain of face, legs activity, body position, cry, and consolability in the study group were apparently lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistical significant( P 〈0.05). The puncturing compliance of the study group was obviously higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The application of touching and appreciation education in the intravenous infusion could effectively lower the puncture pain level, and improve puncturing compliance. It's highly appreciated method for the implementation of outpatient infusion treatment that worth popularization.
