摘　　要：目的研究动力性心理治疗联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者疗效及防御机制的影响。方法选取我院2015年10月至2017年2月收治的抑郁症患者102例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组口服帕罗西汀治疗,在此基础上,观察组接受动力性心理治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,同时比较治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)各因子评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率(91.20%)明显高于对照组(74.51%)(P=0.02);治疗后2周、6周及12周,观察组的HAMD评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组的不成熟防御机制评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),中间型防御机制评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论动力性心理治疗联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症的疗效显著,能够明显改善患者抑郁症状,减轻心理防御机制,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the effect of dynamic psychotherapy combined with paroxetine on the curative effect of patients with depression and defense mechanisms.Methods The subjects were 102 patients with depression in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017,randomly divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in each group.The control group were treated by paroxetine,on this basis,the patients in the observation group received dynamic psychological therapy.Compared two groups of the total effective rate,and compared before and after treatment of Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）and Defense Style Questionnaire（DSQ）respectively Factor score.Results The total efficiency of observation group（91.20%）was significantly higher than the control group（74.51%）（P=0.02）;after 2 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）;after treatment,the observation group of the immature defense the mechanism scores was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.01）score,intermediate defense mechanism was higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The dynamic psychological therapy combined with Pelosi Conclusion：the curative effect of ting on depression is significant,can significantly improve the symptoms of depression,reduce the psychological defense mechanism,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
