摘　　要：肿瘤的产生本质上源于癌基因的激活或抑癌基因的失活,癌基因和抑癌基因的研究在肿瘤的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗方面具有重要意义,提供了一种新的途径和措施。本文较全面地介绍了目前一些热点癌基因和抑癌基因,总结了这些基因与肿瘤发生的研究进展。The production of the tumor is essentially due to the activation of oncogenes or the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes,the study of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes is of great significance in the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of tumors,providing a new approach and measure.This paper introduces some of the current hot oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,and summarizes the progress of these genes and tumor.
