摘  要:当前污泥深度脱水工艺为铁盐石灰调质、隔膜板框压滤工艺,但调质处理不能从本质上改变污泥中水的存在状态,而脱水工作也无法实现连续工作.针对这些问题,从污泥调质和脱水设备两方面进行试验研究.采用氧化处理的方法进行污泥调质,即在含水率80%以上的污泥中,依次分别加入硫酸亚铁和双氧水.经过氧化反应后,污泥中有机物可分解为二氧化碳、水、无机盐.泥中通过氢键结合的水分子变为游离态,可过滤性增强,经过滤后可进一步降低污泥中水分.采用初级过滤与深度压榨过滤的两级过滤连续工作方式,其中初压滤设备采用普通带式过滤机,深度过滤设备选用钢带过滤机.首先将调质后的污泥经初级脱水后由流态变成塑态,然后经深度脱水变成固态,使其水分质量分数达到65%以下,为污泥的进一步处置焚烧、干化或填埋创造条件.结果表明:在不加过滤骨架材料的条件下,污泥过滤后水分质量分数在60%左右;该工艺不仅有效地解决了调质问题,而且脱水效果好,可以实现连续工作方式,是未来深度脱水的一个发展方向.The current deep dewatering process of sludge is iron salt lime quenching and tempering with plate and frame pressure filtration,which lead to the problems of less change of the existence state of water in the sludge and the uncontinuously dewatering.In view of the above problems,an experimental research has been carried out to oxidize sludge with water content above 80% by adding ferrous sulfate and Hydrogen peroxide.After the oxidation reaction,the organic matter in the sludge can be decomposed into carbon dioxide,water,and inorganic salts.The water molecules which are hydrogen-bonded are released and the filterability is then enhanced.The filtration process adopts a two-stage continuous working mode,primary and deep press filtration.The primary pressure filtration equipment adopts an ordinary belt filter while the deep one selects a steel belt filter.The quenched and tempered sludge is first dewatered and then changed from a fluid state to a plastic state,and then to a solid state with 65% water,which creates further disposal conditions for drying or landfilling of the sludge.The results show that the moisture content of the sludge after filtration without frame material is about 60%.The process not only solves the problem of quenching and tempering effectively,but also has good dewatering effect and continuous working mode,which is a development direction for deep dewatering research in the future.
