摘　　要：塑料厂低压装置C线粉末及颗粒输送系统采用西门子公司生产的S5 155U系列产品,已经运行15年,该系统近几年多次出现通讯不畅故障及控制系统应用程序存在缺陷。控制系统更新后采用霍尼韦尔DCS控制系统,有利于提高低压控制系统的一致性以及系统日常维护和备件的统一管理。DCS系统的硬件更为成熟、可靠;控制器具备快速控制的能力;DCS还具备连续过程控制、批量控制、逻辑和顺序控制的功能。DCS系统采用合适的冗余配备,具有高度的可靠性,系统更新后将确保低压装置C线安全运行。The C line powder and particle conveying system of the plastic plant low-pressure unit adopts the S5 155 U series products produced by Siemens. It has been running for 15 years. In recent years, the system has experienced many communication failures and control system application is flawed. The Honeywell DCS control system is used after the control system is updated, which is beneficial to improve the consistency of the low-pressure control system and the daily maintenance of the system and the unified management of spare parts. The hardware of the DCS system is more mature and reliable; the controller has the ability to quickly control; the DCS also has the functions of continuous process control, batch control, logic and sequence control. The DCS system is equipped with suitable redundancy and has a high degree of reliability. The system will ensure safe operation of the C-line of the low-pressure unit after the system is updated.
