摘 要:从焦点解决短期治疗模式的新视角出发,围绕焦点解决短期治疗的理念与技术阐述辅导员心理疏导工作的3个相对独立又互相影响的环节,其中第一环节是精准定位目标,第二环节是系统挖掘资源,第三环节是有效行动中累积正向改变。SFBT的"目标—资源—一小步"工作框架与辅导员的心理疏导工作具有良好的一致性:精准定位目标后在疏导过程中系统寻找资源,进而建构出解决问题的行动策略,学生在持续累积的行动中获得实质性成长。The paper presented 3 relatively independent but mutually affecting components,precise target fixing,systematic resource mining and positive change accumulation in effective action,in university counselors' psychological instruction for students around the ideas and techniques from a new perspective of SFBT,the solution-focused brief therapy. It has been found that the framework of " target-resource-small step" in SFBT corresponds to a counselor's psychological instruction in that he or she is able to work out possible solutions based on the resources they find out systematically during the course of instruction after fixing the target so that the students can grow substantially through continuous accumulative actions.
