高速公路隧道通风竖井中隔板辅助吊盘的设计应用

摘  要:华蓥山隧道通风竖井施工方法为先施工井筒;待井筒到底后,再从底部向上施工中隔板。中隔板厚度小、高度高,施工空间狭窄,施工难度大,其施工方法成为此项目的难点所在。针对中隔板具体施工条件,确定在原2层吊盘下部,增加5层临时吊盘,形成7层吊盘。新增吊盘为分体对称月牙形,中间留出浇筑中隔板的空间。扼要介绍了临时吊盘结构及功能、施工工艺及施工效果。A construction method of a ventilation shaft in Huayingshan Tunnel was first to construct the ventilation shaft.When the shaft construction reached the bottom of the shaft,the middle clapboards were constructed from the bottom to the top.The thickness of the middle clapboard was thin and the height of the clapboard was high.The construction space was narrow and the construction difficulty was high.The construction method was the difficult point of the project.According to the certain construction condition of the middle clapboard,under the previous 2 layers stage,5 layers temporary stage was added and a 7 layers stage was formed.The new added stage was a sectional and symmetrical crescent stage.In the middle of the stage,there was a space to pour the clapboard.The paper briefly introduced the structure and performances of the temporary stage,the construction technique and construction effect.
