摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂前列地尔对肝肾综合征病人肾功能和炎症因子的影响。方法:选取肝肾综合征病人76例,采取随机数字表法均分为2组,对照组病人实施常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予前列地尔进行治疗,对比2组病人的肾功能和炎症因子改善情况。结果:治疗前,2组病人相关观察指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组病人的血清总胆红素、谷氨酸氨基转移酶、胱抑素以及C反应蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),白蛋白、24 h尿量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对肝肾综合征病人采取前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂前列地尔治疗的效果可靠,可有效保护病人肾功能,明显改善炎症状态,具有临床推广价值。Objective： To investigate the effects of alprostadil on the renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with hepatorenal syndrome. Methods： A total of 76 patients with hepatorenal syndrome was randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine measure,and the observation group were treated with alprostadil on the basis of control group. The improvement of renal function and inflammatory factors between two groups were compared. Results： Before treatment,the difference of the related index between two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,cystatin C and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the levels of albumin and 24-hour urine volume in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The effect of alprostadil in treating the hepatorenal syndrome is reliable,which can effectively protect the renal function,significantly improve the inflammatory status,and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
