职业能力培养导向下的学科竞赛管理体系构建研究

摘　　要：职业能力是就业的前提条件,但当前一些大学生毕业时不具备成功就业所需的职业能力。因此,很多高校在尝试如何利用教育手段提升大学生的职业能力,其中学科竞赛就是有效提升学生职业能力的重要教育手段。各高校应积极探讨如何建立职业能力培养导向下的学科竞赛管理制度和保障机制,以保证学科竞赛能够对学生的职业能力培养起到积极作用。Professional ability is the prerequisite for employment, but many college students do not have the professional ability to suc-ceed in employment at present, so many colleges and universities are trying to improve their professional ability by means of educationalmeans. The discipline competition isa new educational means to effectively improve the students＇ professional ability. The colleges anduniversities should discuss how to establish the management system and guarantee mechanism of the discipline competition under theguidance of the vocational ability training, so as to ensure that the discipline competition can playa positive role in the training of pro-fessional competence.
