摘 要:为确定温控系统边界条件,采用有限元法和回归分析对其进行参数辨识,并通过试验验证方法有效性。通过建立温控系统的有限元模型,进行单因素分析,揭示对流传热系数和热功率对稳态温度的影响规律。采用非线性最小二乘法建立数学模型,确定环境对流传热系数和系统的热功率,修正有限元模型边界条件。通过多项式回归建立温控系统响应面方程,可以在不同的热环境下选择合理的热功率达到目标温度。将修正模型的瞬态热分析结果和试验温升曲线进行对比,两者基本吻合。结果表明,该方法可以用来建立准确的温控系统有限元模型,并为温控电路设计提供依据。In order to determine the boundary conditions of the temperature control system,the parameters are identified by finite element method and regression analysis,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments.Through the establishment of the finite element model of the temperature control system,single factor analysis is carried out to reveal the influence of convective heat transfer coefficient and thermal power on the steady state temperature.The mathematical model is established by nonlinear least squares method,the environmental convective heat transfer coefficient and the thermal power of the system are determined,and the boundary conditions of the finite element model are corrected.By establishing the response surface equation of the temperature control system through polynomial regression,it is possible to select a reasonable thermal power to reach the target temperature under different thermal environments.The transient thermal analysis results of the modified model are compared with the experimental temperature rise curves,which are basically consistent.The results show that the method can be used to establish an accurate finite element model of the temperature control system and provide a basis for the design of the temperature control circuit.
