换热器填料密封装置的改进设计

摘  要:传统的填料函式换热器存在的主要不足是填料函耐压不高、介质会通过填料函外漏,针对这一不足对其进行改进设计。改进的密封装置是在原有填料函密封的基础上增设剖分式卡箍、压簧式密封圈、介质回收罐等构件。其中,剖分式卡箍安装在浮动管箱体的凹槽中,压簧式密封圈安装在填料函座与剖分式卡箍之间。两个剖分式卡箍的剖分面处安装有密封垫并采用螺栓连接;该卡箍上开设有通孔,并有管道与介质回收罐连通。由此,实现了设备的再次密封,能大幅减少换热器壳程介质的外漏量并可回收泄漏的介质,有利于保护环境、降低污染。The main deficiency of the traditional stuffing heat exchanger is that the stuffing box can not withstand high pressure,and that the medium will leak through the stuffing box.Compared with the original device,the improved sealing device is added a split clamp,a sealing ring embedded with compressed spring,and a medium recycling tank.The split clamp is installed in the groove of the floating tube box,and the sealing ring is installed between the stuffing box and the split clamp.A sealing gasket is installed on the split surface of the two split clamps which are connected with bolts;the clamp is of a through hole which is communicated with the recycling tank of the medium through the pipe.Based on these improvements,the improved sealing device can not only significantly reduce medium leakage from shell side of the heat exchanger because of realizing secondary sealing,but also recycle leaked medium.Above all the improved sealing device is beneficial to environmental protection and environmental pollution reduction.
