摘 要:研究了FANUC 0iD数控系统螺距误差补偿原理与方法,通过机床工作台运动的实际测量,得到了一组位置误差数据并绘制出了误差曲线图。对位置误差数据进行处理后得到了误差补偿值,进行系统补偿后再次测量位置误差,测量结果表明机床精度得到了有效提高。The pitch error compensation principle of FANUC 0 iD numerical control system has been studied in this paper.Through the actual measuring machine table movement,a set of position error data were got,and the error graph was mapped out.The error compensation values were obtained after the position error data were processed.The position error was measured again after the obtained error compensation data were compensated for CNC system.The measurement results show that the accuracy of the machine tool is improved effectively.
