摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年近视患者配戴Paragon CRT100角膜塑形镜的安全性和有效性。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月~2017年8月在我院门诊配戴Paragon CRT100角膜塑形镜的青少年患者100例(196眼),观察患者在配戴Paragon CRT100角膜塑形镜前后视力、球镜度、角膜中央厚度、平均泪膜破裂时间(aBUT)、眼轴长度以及角膜内皮细胞各项指标的改变。结果:戴镜后患者裸眼视力有大幅度提高,等效球镜度数明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),角膜中央厚度戴镜后有不同程度的变薄,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。眼轴长度增长差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),泪膜BUT时间戴镜后有缩短趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),眼压、角膜内皮细胞各项指标在配戴后变化无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。角膜最常见的并发症为:一级点染18例,二级点染7例和结膜反应性充血15例。结论:Paragon CRT100角膜塑形镜运用于青少年近视防控具有良好的安全性和可控性。Objective： To investigate the safety and efficacy of Paragon CRT100 corneal orthokeratology in adolescent myopia. Methods： The record of 100 adolescent patients （196 eyes） with myopia and received Paragon CRT100 orthokeratology from March 2017 to August 2017 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The change of patients’ vision, spherical equivalent, central cornea thickness, average - rupture time （aBUT） , axial length and corneal endothelial cell changes were summarized and analyzed. Results ：The patients’ naked eye after wearing glasses eyesight has increased significantly, spherical equivalent decreases obviously, the differ-ences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 0 5 ） , central cornea thickness after wearing glasses have different degree of thinning, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） . Ocular axial length increased has statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）, aBUT after wearing glasses tend to be shorten, but is was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） , intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cells each index after wearing has no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05） . The most common complications of including ：primary infection with 18 cases, secondary infection with 7 cases and conjunctival reactive hyperemia with 15 cases. Conclusion： Wearing Paragon CRT100 corneal plasticizer is safe and effective in the treatment of adolescent myopia.
