摘 要:利用甲基三甲氧基硅烷和四乙氧基硅烷对Fe_3O_4进行包裹,可控制备具有一定表面性质、形貌规则和粒径均匀的400nm双亲性硅羟基磁珠Fe_3O_4@SiO_2.随着甲基三甲氧基硅烷的加入比例变大,比表面积和孔容都依次变小,磁珠表面的硅羟基密度变小,磁珠表面能降低,成功实现双亲性.因此,能够通过调节疏水性基团的种类和数量可控调节硅羟基磁珠的表面性能,获得多功能磁珠,以应对不同的生化应用.In this paper, Fe3O4 was encapsulated with methyltrimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilanc, and a 400 nm amphiphi lic silicon hydroxyl magnetic beads Fe3O3@SiO2 with certain surface properties, regular morphology and uniform particle size were prepared.With the increase of the proportion of methyltrimcthoxysilance, the specific surface area and pore volume are successively smaller, the density of silicon hydroxyl groups on the surface of the magnetic beads becomes smaller, and the surface energy of the magnetic beads is reduced, and the amphipathic property is successfully achieved.fherefore, we can control the surface properties of the silicon hydroxyl magnetic beads by adjusting the type and number of hydrophobic groups and obtain multifunctional magnetic beads to respond to different biochemical applications.
