摘  要:为八月瓜的开发利用提供理论基础和技术支持,建立高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸的含量,对湘西八月瓜果皮中齐墩果酸含量进行测定。结果表明:在乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,色谱柱为Wondasil C_(18)-WR柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为210nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量20μL条件下,齐墩果酸在0.98~9.8μg(r=0.993 1)范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为98.472 8%,RSD为1.91%,回收率和灵敏度高,重复性和精密度好。八月瓜样品中的齐墩果酸含量为4.188 2mg/g。The oleanolic acid content in Akebia trifoliate pericarp from Western Hunan was determined by the established HPLC to provide the theoretical basis and technical support for development and utilization of A. trifoliate. Result: There is a good linear relationship between oleanolic acid mass and chromatographic peak area when oleanolic acid is 0. 98-9. 8 μg (r= 0. 993 1) under the determination conditions of acetonitrile--0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80 : 20), Wondasil C18-WR column (250 mm μ 4.6 mm, 5 μm), 210 nm wavelength, 1.0 mL/min flow velocity, 35℃ column temperature and 20 μL sample size. The recovery rate of addition standard sample is 98. 472 8% and its RSD is 1. 91%. The established HPLC for determining oleanolic acid content in A. trifoliate pericarp has the advantages of high recovery, high sensitivity, good repeatability and good precision. The oleanolic acid content in A. trifoliate samples is 4. 188 2 mg/g by the established HPLC.
