摘 要:智能制造引领未来中国制造的大方向,智能制造技术是实现智能制造的关键,智能制造技术复杂多样,组成了一个完整的技术体系。与智能制造技术相适应的先进生产运营方式有其自身特点,多种先进生产运营方式能在智能制造企业应用,最具代表性的是精益生产方式,这些先进生产运营模式在智能时代有广阔的应用空间。Intelligent manufacturing leads the furore direction of manufacturing in China. Intelligent manufacturing technology is the key to realize intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing technology is complex and diverse, forming a complete technical system. The advanced production and operation mode corresponding to intelligent manufacturing technology has its own characteristics. Many advanced production and operation modes can be applied in intelligent manufacturing enterprises, the most representative of which is lean production mode. The application of advanced production and operation mode represented by lean production mode has many implementation strategies and has broad application space in the intelligent era.
