摘  要:目的探讨3D打印技术在脊柱肿瘤外科教学中的应用及其效果。方法选择南京医科大学2011级、2012级七年制临床医学专业学员作为研究对象,其中实验组20名,引入3D打印技术进行脊柱肿瘤外科的教学;对照组20名,采用传统教学模式进行教学。结果实验组学员的病例分析能力考核成绩明显优于对照组学员,同时实验组学员在学习直观感受、学习兴趣、理论知识理解和面对复杂脊柱肿瘤手术的信心等四个方面明显优于对照组学员。结论 3D打印技术在脊柱肿瘤外科教学中的应用可行性强,可以显著提高临床教学效果和学员学习能力,值得提倡和推广。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of a teaching method based on 3D printing technology in surgical teaching of spine tumor. Methods Forty students of Grade 2011 and 2012 seven-year clinical medicine program of Nanjing Medical University were randomized ev-enly into experimental group and control group. Twenty students in the experimental group were taught with the method based on 3D printing technology, and the remaining twenty students in the control group were taught with the traditional teaching method. Results Significant improve-ments in case analysis test were observed in the experimental group. Moreover, intuitive percep-tion, interest in learning, theoretical knowledge understanding and confidence in the face of com- plicated surgery were improved significantly in the experimental group. Conclusion The teaching method based on 3D printing technology is feasible in surgical teaching of spine tumor. The teach-ing method can obviously improve the teaching efficacy and students' learning ability. In this re-gard, it should be popularized.
