摘　　要：以太阳运动规律为公理,可以推导出以下结论：太阳的运动可以表达太一的运动;一阴一阳、二阴二阳、三阴三阳都有2个或更多的模型,应予各自厘清;＂至阴＂的原意,是指云朵遮挡阳光后,落在地面上的阴影。＂至阴＂的科学内涵,指的是在立杆测影里,落到圭面上的动态变化竿影,等同于五行＂土行＂的运动变化;太少阴阳有二种定义和概念,＂带定语的太少阴阳＂论述的都是＂阳＂的运动变化,加上＂至阴＂的概念,等同于五行的四阳行一阴行模型;＂阳明、厥阴＂分别表示＂阳＂的极大时和极小时;＂带定语的太少阴阳＂加＂阳明、厥阴＂所组成的三阴三阳概念,论述的是＂阳＂的各种运动变化;对北半球而言,＂长夏＂的季节概念,只存在于北回归线至赤道之间的地域里。在北回归线以北的地域里,中医基础理论一般不应使用＂长夏＂这一时间概念;＂肝生于左＂是根据太阳的光照来定义的,五脏配五行,似应（恢复）使用肝配木、肺配火、脾（器）配金、肾配水、心配土的配对方案。With the law of the solar motion as axiom,we can deduce the following conclusions：The movement of the sun is equal to the＂one＂movement. There are two or more models of＂one Yin and one Yang＂and＂two Yin and two Yang＂and＂three Yin and three Yang＂,which should be distinguished clearly. The original meaning of Zhiyin is the shadow that falls on the ground after the cloud covers the sun. The scientific connotation of Zhiyin refers to the dynamic change of pole shadow falling to the surface in the vertical pole measurement,which is equal to the movement change of＂Tuxing＂.＂Taishao YinYang＂have two definitions and concepts. The＂Taishao Yin-Yang with an attributive language＂is the movement of＂Yang＂,and the concept of＂Zhiyin＂is equal to the＂five Xing＂model.＂Yangming and Jueyin＂respectively indicate the maximum and extreme hours of＂Yang＂. The concept of＂Taishao YinYang with the attributive＂,the concept of＂Yangming and Jueyin＂consists of three Yin and three Yang concepts,which discuss the various movements of＂Yang＂. For the northern hemisphere,the concept of＂long summer＂is only in the region between the tropic of cancer and the equator. In the north of the tropic of cancer,the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine should not generally use the concept of＂long summer＂. The＂liver is born in the left＂is defined according to the illumination of the sun. The five organs are matched with five elements. It seems that we should use the matching scheme of liver matching wood,lung matching fire,spleen matching gold,kidney matching water and heart matching soil.
