参苓白术散治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎作用机制与临床研究概述

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是消化系统的常见疾病,其致病机制不明确,治疗难度大。中医药治疗本病疗效好,且副作用少,值得临床推广。脾气虚弱,湿阻大肠是溃疡性结肠炎基本的病因病机。参苓白术散是治疗脾虚湿蕴证的代表方剂,运用其治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床效果显著。因此文章对近年来关于其治疗溃疡性结肠炎的文献进行综述,明确其治疗作用机理与临床疗效,以期更好的指导临床与科研。Ulcerative colitis is a common disease of the digestive system. Its pathogenesis is not clear and the treatment is difficult. The treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine has good effect and less side effects. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice. Deficiency of spleen Qi,dampness obstruction of large intestine is the basic etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Shenling BaizhuPowder is a representative prescription for treating spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome,the clinical effect of treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency syndrome significantly. Therefore,the article reviews the literatures on ulcerative colitis in recent years,and clarifies its therapeutic mechanism and clinical efficacy,in order to better guide clinical and scientific research.
