无环鸟苷、阿托品联合维生素C注射剂治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡

摘　　要：目的探讨无环鸟苷、阿托品联合维生素C治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡的临床可行性。方法将我院2016年4月至2017年11月收治的90例角膜炎、角膜溃疡患者随机分为两组。对照组给予无环鸟苷、阿托品治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合患眼穹窿部球结膜下注射维生素C治疗。比较两组角膜炎、角膜溃疡临床干预效果,角膜充血消失时间、水肿消失时间、眼刺激症状消失时间、角膜浸润愈合时间;治疗前后C-反应蛋白、IL-6等炎症因子、生活QOL评分等情况。结果观察组角膜炎、角膜溃疡临床干预效果均高于对照组(Z=-3. 116,P <0. 05),观察组角膜充血消失时间、水肿消失时间、眼刺激症状消失时间、角膜浸润愈合时间均优于对照组(均P <0. 05),治疗后观察组炎症因子、生活QOL评分均优于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论无环鸟苷、阿托品联合穹窿部球结膜下注射维生素C治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡的应用效果确切,可有效改善症状,值得推广应用。Objective Discussing acyclovir and atropine combined with vitamin C in treatment keratitis and corneal ulcer.Methods There were 90 cases of keratitis and corneal ulcer patients randomly selected at our hospital from April, 2016 to December, 2017. The control group was given a routine ophthalmology treatment by acycloguanosine and atropine, and the observation group was combined with subconjunctival injection of vitamin C in the fornix on the basis of the control group. There were compared the clinical effects in two groups on keratitis and corneal ulcer. It was compared the corneal congestion, edema disappearing, eye irritation symptom and corneal healing duration, andcompared the inflammatory factors and life QOL score before and after treatment in two groups.Results The clinical effect in observation group was higher than that in control group （ Z =-3.116, P 〈0.05）. The corneal congestion and edema, eye irritation symptom and corneal healing duration in observation group was better than that of control group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment inflammatory factors and life QOL scores in the observation group was better than that of control group （all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The subconjunctival injection of vitamin C in the fornix was combined with acycloguanosine and atropine in treatment keratitis and corneal ulcer can effectively improve patient’s symptoms, promote disappearance of lesions, soit is worth popularizing and applying.
